New Arrow Tool options are present for note editing, and a new modifier for a temporary Split Tool has been introduced. Lots of other additional functions have been added, including the ability to highlight scales in the Note Editor and colour note events based on their scale, and a Stretch Part Automation feature which can be used when resizing notes. Naming and numbering has also been improved, and a new option now allows Tracks and Channels to display a Layer’s name. A number of changes have been made to the software’s Layers functionality, with users now able to independently edit different Takes, move and copy ranges between Layers, and take advantage of newly added Eraser, Paint, Mute and Bend tools. The latest version of Studio One introduces a range of new features and improvements to its existing editing and arrangement tools. Alongside a range of editing, arranging and mixing improvements, the company have also announced that PreSonus Sphere, their all-in-one subscription package, has been renamed to Studio One+. PreSonus have announced the availability of Studio One 6.2, the latest version of their popular DAW software.
